Hella Poetry: A Benefit Concert for Brave New Voices

Brave New Voices is the largest youth spoken word festival in the world. It has been the creative catalyst and birthplace to some of the greatest talent of our time - from Daveed Diggs to Rafael Casal, George Watsky to Chinaka Hodge. Featured on HBO and Russell Simmons Def Poetry Jam, this grassroots youth poetry movement has gained global recognition for its undeniable power and magic.

We need your help in getting young people to the Festival this summer. Join us at our one-time, talent packed Benefit show in 2 weeks, and plant a seed for the next generation.

Hella Poetry: A Brave New Voices Benefit is the spoken word show of your wildest dreams. For an unforgettable evening, Brave New Voices alum will take center stage at the Sydney Goldstein Theater in San Francisco on May 6 to give back to the movement that shaped them forever. This is an event to both celebrate artistic excellence and ensure that the next generation of poets, change makers, activists and leaders will be set up for success.

With every ticket purchased, you are directly supporting and sustaining the Brave New Voices Festival, taking place this July in Las Vegas. The time is ripe for putting our money where our heart is and investing in the future now. Where better to start than with our brilliant and bold young people? Have fun and make a difference.
